This policy explains what information Enigma Design Group collects through this website and how we use it.

When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address and message, plus your business, website and phone number if you choose to give them. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever your email contains.

We use this information to reply to you and to discuss your project. We don't sell it.

Like most websites, this one relies on service providers that receive technical information when you visit, such as your IP address and browser details:

• Cloudflare hosts the website and protects it from attacks.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that contact form messages come from a person, not a bot.
• Google Fonts supplies the typeface used on this website.

If you accept analytics, Cloudflare Web Analytics gives us overall statistics, such as page views, referring sites and page speed. It stays off unless you accept. You can change your choice at any time with the Analytics tab at the bottom of any page.

We don't use advertising cookies, and we don't set cookies of our own. We save your analytics choice and your light or dark mode choice in your browser, so we don't have to ask again. Cloudflare says its Web Analytics doesn't use cookies or local storage. Cloudflare's security and anti-bot services may store small technical items in your browser so they can work.

Besides the providers above, we use Resend to deliver contact form messages to us and Google Workspace for our email. These providers may process information in the United States and other countries. We may also share information if the law requires it.

We keep messages for as long as we need them to work with you and to maintain our business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law.

This website is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top of this page.
